This wimpy young man never knows what to choose. So his good friend, the fox, makes the right choices for him. In the end, the power of the young man seems to be the goodness of the heart. This power helps him recognize his chosen one: the red-haired girl, the Fox.
The adventures of the two unusual lovers were told to us by Maria Zah, aged 60, from Urmeni?, Maramure?.
The source of inspiration for this image was “The old emperor and the birds of love”, a story from the book with the same name, a book of authentic fairy tales from Maramures, collected by the anthropologist Pamfil Bilțiu.
*Maramures is a region in northen Romania, where folk traditions have been well preserved until nowadays.
The decorative pillows bring to the interior design what the accessories bring to clothing: a personal touch and extra refinement.
They can be easily replaced, depending on the season, event or mood, to obtain versatile and creative decorative ensembles.
